Rivière du Mât L'Onctueux Vanille Bourbon brings together dairy cream, natural extracts and rum from the distillery on Réunion. Bourbon vanilla defines this variant's character, while the dairy cream gives it a soft, velvety texture.

This cream liqueur contains no colouring and comes in a 0.7-litre bottle at 17% alcohol. Served well chilled, neat or over ice, its creamy vanilla notes come to the fore.

Distillery/Bottler:

Founded in 1886, Rivière du Mât is one of the oldest distilleries still operating on Réunion. It is located in Saint-Benoît. Its name comes from an island legend: a stranded ship is said to have left its mast in the river for years, giving the river the name Rivière du Mât.

For its traditional rums, the distillery uses molasses from sugar cane grown on the island's volcanic soils. Alongside white and aged rums, its range includes Arrangés and the L'Onctueux cream liqueurs. These combine rum distilled on Réunion with dairy cream and natural extracts.
