London Dry Gin is not a promise of origin, but a tightly defined gin style. Its flavour must be created entirely during distillation with natural botanicals; after that, only water, neutral alcohol if needed and at most a very small amount of sweetening are allowed. This is why London Dry gins feel clear, dry and highly cocktail-ready.
