The Colour Collection 18 Years Old was launched in 2023 for travel retail. This single malt matured for 18 years predominantly in American oak casks, alongside a smaller proportion of European oak. All the casks had previously been seasoned with sherry in Jerez de la Frontera.
American oak contributes lemon and vanilla, while European oak brings dried fruit, spice and orange. The sherry seasoning adds almond and toffee notes. Clementine, honeycomb and sweet oak shape its sweet, citrus-led character, with milk chocolate also part of the aromatic profile. Its light chestnut colour developed during cask maturation, without added colouring.
