Nc'nean Botanical Spirit

Special features: This spirit combines a carefully selected composition of ten botanicals, including classic gin plants and herbs collected locally in the Scottish Highlands. Notably, the organic barley spirit used complements the floral notes perfectly with its malty, fruity character. Completely free of colorants and chill filtration, the natural purity of the distillate is preserved.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh juniper aromas, accompanied by zesty grapefruit, subtle herbal and floral nuances like chamomile and heather.
• Palate: Soft and malty with sweet notes of licorice, finely spiced thyme, and a hint of sorrel, harmonious and complex.
• Finish: Dry, persistent with spicy and floral accents that underscore the character of the Scottish botanicals.
