Böser Kater Caramel Toffee Liqueur combines caramel and toffee in a handcrafted vegan bottling without artificial additives. It contains 20% alcohol and comes in a 0.5-litre bottle.

The liqueur can be served neat or over ice, and can also be used in speciality coffees, desserts or creamy cocktails. Its sweet, creamy character pairs well with tiramisu, panna cotta or chocolate cake, for example.

• Palate: The liqueur is creamy and full-bodied on the palate. Sweet toffee and buttery caramel combine with a subtle nutty note.

Distillery/Bottler:

Edelobstbrennerei Schleihauf GmbH produces the Caramel Toffee Liqueur for Böser Kater. The brand has its roots in a family business that Adrian Clausing took over as its third-generation owner. The business has been making handcrafted spirits for more than 40 years, originally focusing on liqueurs and fruit brandies made from fruit grown in local meadows. Adrian initially expanded the range with his own gin recipes.

Adrian’s cat Rüdiger inspired the name Böser Kater. With every bottle sold, the brand supports its cat welfare partners. A new production facility of its own was completed in 2025, with larger production and storage areas enabling further development of the range.
