Special features: Scaramanga Rhum Agricole is distilled in Guadeloupe from 100% fresh sugarcane juice. The sugarcane juice is harvested, crushed, pressed, and fermented between February and June before being distilled in a copper column. It is then aged for about 100 days in earthenware amphorae. The bottling with an alcohol content of 45% is done by the Jacobi GmbH distillery in Germany. This rum combines distillates from three local producers, resulting in a characteristic flavor profile.
