Special features: This limited rum combines over 15 selected distillates with an average age of 20 years. After blending, it matures for six months in port wine casks from the renowned house Cálem, giving it a special depth. Each bottle is numbered and marked with the cask number and bottling date.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Fruity notes of plums, fully ripe bananas, and pineapple, accompanied by vanilla and a balanced port wine note.
- Palate: The influence of the port wine is clearly noticeable, complemented by yellow and red fruits as well as nuances of tobacco and cedar wood.
- Finish: Complex and long-lasting with a harmonious, dry, and chocolaty aftertaste.
