Dead Man's Fingers Pineapple combines a Caribbean rum base with the flavour of roasted and candied pineapple. Inspired by the brand's original Spiced Rum, this variant puts pineapple centre stage. It is offered at 37.5% alcohol in a 0.7-litre bottle.

Delicate notes of brown sugar and nutmeg, along with a hint of anise and lime zest, complement the fruit-led character. This combination of sweetness, citrus and gentle spice also lends itself to simple long drinks. Serve it with lemonade, plenty of ice, a lime wedge and fresh mint to pair the pineapple note with a fresh garnish.

Dead Man's Fingers has its roots in the Rum & Crab Shack in St Ives, Cornwall. The original Spiced Rum was created there and also inspired the pineapple variant. The brand belongs to Cornish Rum Company Limited within the Halewood Group; Halewood Artisanal Spirits is behind the Pineapple Rum.

Today, the brand's home is the Bristol & Bath Rum Distillery. The venue on Park Street in Bristol spans four floors and combines bars with a rum school. Its equipment includes a 500-litre rum still with two retorts. At the rum school, visitors can distil their own rum and take it home with a personalised label.
