2 cl lime juice
2 dashes cocktail bitters (optional)

Cuba's youngest "Maestro Ronero," Cesar Martí, was inspired by 19th-century sugarcane eau-de-vie. He blends 70 percent of this traditional, aged sugarcane spirit ("aguardiente") with light Cuban rum.
After seven years in bourbon barrels, the Reserva combines the aesthetics of a traditional Cuban rum with the complexity and depth of a very old rum. This makes it one of the few Cuban rums sold internationally, perfect for both neat and mixed drinks.
