Special features: This special edition from FRC, named after the unique Australian platypus, is a small-batch rum that was first aged for five years in ex-bourbon casks under the Australian sun. This was followed by two years of refinement in select Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks in Europe. Limited to 1,500 bottles, this product subtly blends tropical and sherry-like nuances.
