Special Features: This Pure Single Rum from Haiti is produced from the careful distillation of organic Cristalline sugarcane and sugarcane syrup in a copper Müller still with a bain-marie. It matured in rare original barrels from the legendary and now-closed Caroni distillery, giving it a distinctive, exotic flavor. Part of the Velier collection, this rum is created in close cooperation with local producers, focusing on traditional production methods and authentic raw materials.
