The Pearl of Mauritius combines a blend of Mauritian rums with local ingredients: vanilla, tropical fruits and roasted nuts complement the rum base. This flavoured spirit brings together fruity, nutty and spicy notes. Dried banana notes are also part of its character.

This bottling contains no colouring and has an alcohol content of 42%. The bottle holds 0.7 litres. Besides being enjoyed neat, the spirit also works in cocktails such as a Mai Tai or Daiquiri.
