This 0.7-litre edition, bottled in 2025, is a ten-year-old Blended Scotch drawn from a small batch of Sherry and Bourbon casks. Signatory Vintage combines Malt and Grain whiskies for the blend and bottles it at 46%.

The cask combination creates a cohesive profile: apricot, honey and toasted malt form the brighter opening, while raisins and creamy toffee reveal the darker Sherry character. Vanilla, cinnamon, almond, citrus and dry oak balance the sweetness and give the whisky clear definition.

The whisky comes in a tube, is uncoloured and non-chill-filtered. Malty sweetness and dry oak lead into a medium-length aftertaste with a gentle Sherry emphasis.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Dried apricot and honey meet toasted grain and malt, while vanilla, soft toffee, a hint of baked apple and delicate oak add depth.
• Palate: Dark raisins and creamy toffee form the core; cinnamon, vanilla, honeyed grain, a light citrus note and pronounced oak provide spice and structure.
• Finish: The finish is medium in length, combining malty sweetness, toasted almonds, gentle spices and dry oak with a softly Sherry-accented aftertaste.

Distillery/Bottler:

Andrew Symington and his brother founded Signatory Vintage as an independent bottler in 1988. The company blends and bottles the ten-year-old Symington's from Malt and Grain whiskies. After acquiring Edradour Distillery in 2002, Signatory consolidated its operations at the distillery's site in Pitlochry by 2007. Warehouses with capacity for more than 20,000 casks were later added there.
