The Easter Edition 2014/2025 owes its sherry character to full maturation in Oloroso sherry casks from Bodega José y Miguel Martín. Distilled in 2014, the whiskies rested in Glenfarclas’s old dunnage warehouse. They were married in February 2025, after which the distillery filled 3,000 bottles at 46% alcohol.
This single malt is not smoky and is neither chill-filtered nor coloured. It comes in gift packaging. Its flavours range from sweet sherry notes and malt to dark chocolate, dried fruit, toffee and a delicate Demerara sweetness.
