Special Features:

Single malt whisky accounts for 53% of this St. Kilian liqueur. Combined with vanilla, cinnamon and coconut, it creates a soft, sweet whisky liqueur bottled at 30% alcohol in a matt black bottle containing 0.5 litres.

It can be enjoyed neat after a meal, served with desserts or used in cocktails and long drinks. Store the bottle in a cool, dark place and consume within six months of opening.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose combines sweet vanilla, gentle coconut and spicy cinnamon.
• Palate: On the palate, vanilla notes meet the flavour of sweet cinnamon rolls, accompanied by coconut and orange peel.
• Finish: Coconut and the sweetness of vanilla sugar linger through the long finish.

Distillery/Bottler:

St. Kilian Distillers is based in Rüdenau, near Miltenberg am Main. Founder Andreas Thümmler bought a disused textile factory there. His friendship with Irish whisky expert David F. Hynes inspired the idea of turning the site into a whisky distillery. St. Kilian Distillers GmbH was founded in 2012, and production of its own spirit began on St. Patrick’s Day 2016. The former factory thus became the starting point for a range that now includes both single malt whiskies and liqueurs.
