Special features: This limited-edition bottling from Billy Walker's Sinteis Series combines two exceptional cask types: American chinquapin oak from the Ozarks and first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons. The combination of these rare wood types ensures an intense aromatic diversity at a cask-strength 57.8% ABV. Without chill filtration or coloring, the whisky offers a pure taste experience. The elegant packaging, featuring a hand-drawn symbol of the wood blend, was designed by Scottish designer Kayley Barbour.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Liquorice, butterscotch and grilled honeycomb with candied garden fruits, cocoa and syrup tart.
• Palate: Ginger, butterscotch and candied lemon slices, followed by fig jam, blackberries and molasses.
• Finish: Cinnamon spice and strong cocoa.
