Codigo Tequila Reposado
Special features: The Codigo Tequila Reposado is produced in Mexico and is characterized by the use of 100% blue Weber agave. It ages for six months in French white oak barrels that previously contained Cabernet Sauvignon. This method gives the tequila a special depth and complexity. The original bottling comes from the Código 1530 Tequila Company.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: On the nose, the aroma unfolds with notes of oak and caramel.
- Palate: On the palate, the tequila presents cooked agave, a clear presence of bright agave, as well as vanilla, pepper, and a hint of orange zest.
- Finish: The finish is balanced, smooth, and slightly dry, with a medium-length finish that has mild spice.
