• The Irishman The Harvest: A blend of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still, matured in bourbon barrels. The taste is characterized by maltiness, bittersweet chocolate, and a hint of oak with vanilla.
• The Irishman Caribbean Cask Finish: A unique combination of single malt and single pot still, triple distilled from Irish barley. Initially matured in American oak barrels in the style of bourbon, this whiskey gains tropical and exotic spice notes from an additional six-month maturation in Chairman’s Reserve rum casks.
