Special features: This 15-year-old Highland Single Malt Whisky from Glengoyne initially matured in a combination of European and American oak casks before receiving a noble finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This special cask maturation gives the whisky additional depth and a pronounced sweetness. Bottled at 48% vol. and without chill filtration or colorings, the Glengoyne 15 y.o. PX Cask presents itself in its natural form.

- Nose: Aromas of dried fruits, citrus fruits, and rose hips.
- Palate: Gentle sweetness with tropical fruits, candied lemon, cinnamon, vanilla, and apple pie.
- Finish: Pleasantly dry with subtle oak spices and vanilla.
Distillery/Bottler: The Glengoyne Distillery, founded in 1833, is located in the southern Highlands of Scotland and is known for its particularly slow distillation – the slowest in all of Scotland. This method results in a soft, fruity spirit that forms the basis for cask maturation. Glengoyne exclusively uses air-dried barley without peat smoke, resulting in a smoke-free whisky.
