• Nose: The nose is dominated by roasted vanilla pods and smoldering hay, surrounded by a gentle sea breeze. After some time, strong coal smoke, grilled oranges, and oregano unfold.
• Palate: On the palate, sea salt and lemongrass take center stage, while grilled fish, brown sugar, and light tobacco smoke create an exciting counterbalance. The salty notes intensify and increasingly resemble honeydew melon wrapped in Parma ham.
• Finish: The finish is characterized by melon and rock salt, underscored by oily smoke and a sweetness derived from buttery toffee.
