Special features: This 15-year-old single grain whisky from the closed Port Dundas Distillery was bottled by Signatory Vintage in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It matured in a combination of First Fill Sherry Hogsheads and First Fill Bourbon Barrels, giving it a balanced complexity. It was bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration and without coloring to preserve the authenticity of the flavor.
