Booker's Batch 2026-01E is the 2026 export release of this Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The whiskey matured for seven years, three months and four days in new American white oak barrels and was bottled undiluted at 61.9%, or 123.8 proof.

This limited original bottling contains 0.7 litres and is made without added colouring or chill filtration. Its cask strength preserves the batch's concentrated character, bringing together pronounced sweetness, spice and robust oak.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense toffee and vanilla emerge first on the nose, followed by sweet wildflower honey. Given a little time, crunchy hazelnuts and crushed cinnamon sticks join them.
• Palate: On the palate, warm pear cake with vanilla sauce and brown sugar combines with robust oak, cream-filled caramel sweets and runny honey to create a distinctly sweet flavour profile.
• Finish: The long finish brings the cinnamon clearly back to the fore, combining it with wood, toffee, delicate vanilla and a hint of liquorice.

Distillery/Bottler:

Booker's traces its origins to Booker Noe, Jim Beam's grandson and the Master Distiller at the time. He first presented his own bourbon as a gift for friends in 1987 and, following their positive response, made it available to a wider audience. The brand has since released several batches each year, with their age and cask strength varying according to how they mature.

James B. Beam Distilling Co. produced this Kentucky Straight Bourbon, which subsequently matured in new American white oak barrels. Barrels for Booker's are selected from the central areas of the warehouses, and Fred Noe personally assesses their maturity. Batch 2026-01E was released as an undiluted and unfiltered original bottling.
