This Wheat Whiskey is made from 100% Virginia wheat. It matured for two years in small Quarter Casks with a deep char known as an Alligator Char. Bottled in 2024 at 50%, it is non-chill-filtered and contains no added colouring.
Its sensory profile combines a buttery, savoury and smooth character with port wine, oak, honey and caramel. A velvety texture and floral rose shape the palate, while orange peel, herbs and honey define the long finish.

Reservoir Distillery in Richmond, Virginia, produces this Wheat Whiskey and bottles it as a distillery release. Dave Cuttino founded the distillery, while Master Distiller Mary Allison oversees distillation. Reservoir highlights grain sourced from Virginia farmers, the wood used for its barrels and the local climate as formative elements of its whiskeys. Wheat is one of the distillery’s founding releases and was established in 2008.
