This American single malt is made from 100% malted barley and matured for four years. It is bottled at 108 proof, equivalent to 54% alcohol.

Distillation and maturation take place in Indiana, while Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, handles the bottling. Its character combines honeyed fruit with malt, alongside woody, spicy and nutty impressions. The whiskey is not chill-filtered and contains no added colouring.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose reveals malted grain and honey, with a hint of peach blossom.
• Palate: The whiskey is sweet and medium-bodied on the palate. Honey, pear, stone fruit and dates shape the flavour.
• Finish: Oak leads the finish, with subtle accents of cinnamon and English walnut.

Distillery/Bottler:

Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, was founded in 2010 by Stephen Beam and his family. The family's whiskey-making heritage spans seven generations. Their ancestor M.C. Beam had sold his distillery to Yellowstone more than a century earlier; in 2015, Stephen Beam renewed that connection with Yellowstone Select.

In 2023, Master Distiller Stephen Beam expanded the brand with Yellowstone American Single Malt, a whiskey made entirely from malted barley. Limestone Branch Distillery handles the bottling of the whiskey distilled and matured in Indiana.
