The characteristic Ben Nevis core remains present with a malty character and a slight espresso bitterness, while an ashy smoke note continues to roll.
- Finish: The finish is long and firm, marked by persistent smoke, soot, and warming spice. Towards the end, it becomes drier, with nutty tones, cocoa, and a clear ashy impression. A slight bittersweet sherry aftertaste lingers benevolently in the background.
