Special features: This Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey from the Boann Distillery matures in a combination of Oloroso sherry hogsheads and rare, over 60-year-old Pedro Ximénez (PX) solera butts, partly made from chestnut wood. This special maturation gives it an impressive depth and complexity.
Tasting Notes:

Distillery/Bottler: The Boann Distillery was founded in 2016 by the Cooney family in the Boyne Valley near Drogheda. It is one of the few independent distilleries in Ireland and combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create exceptional whiskeys.
