Special features: This limited release from the renowned Chichibu distillery honors the Parisian boulevard Champs-Élysées. Since 2018, Chichibu has dedicated a special edition for Paris each year, with the 2025 edition celebrating the cultural connections between Paris and Tokyo. The packaging impresses with a pop design in the style of Japanese Kawaii culture, inspired by stamps with serrated edges that symbolize the exchange between the two metropolises.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Opulent and velvety, with aromas of exotic fruits like passion fruit, lychee, and mango, complemented by red berries such as grapes and blackberries. Earthy notes of foliage and porcini mushrooms, along with a hint of dried plums, add depth. Spicy accents of cinnamon and a subtle smokiness round out the bouquet.
• Palate: The first impression is vibrant and marked by a pleasant peatiness, accompanied by citrus notes and a touch of pepper. As it develops, the flavor evolves into a honey-sweet and waxy texture reminiscent of toasted bread, zwieback, and malt porridge. Fruity nuances of mirabelles and plums enrich the tasting experience.
