After aging in ex-bourbon casks, it receives a special finish in selected port wine casks from the Douro Valley, giving it an elegant fruit depth and a fine, natural sweetness.

Distillery/Bottler: The Clonakilty Distillery, founded by the Scully family in 2016, is located on the south coast of Ireland in County Cork. With a long family tradition in agriculture, the distillery uses its own locally grown grain and pure spring water from the region. The proximity to the Atlantic gives the whiskeys a unique maritime note.
