Special features: On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the Edradour Distillery, this limited edition presents a 25-year-old single malt that matured in a first-fill Bordeaux hogshead cask (#811). Bottled in July 2025 at a natural cask strength volume of 54.8% ABV, only 272 numbered bottles were produced worldwide.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Aromas of red berries, plums, honey, vanilla, and polished oak, accompanied by gentle spice notes.
- Palate: Full-bodied and rich with flavor notes of black currant, cherry, malt, and dark chocolate, complemented by wine-soaked oak, tobacco, and warming spices.
- Finish: Long and elegant with lingering red fruits, sweet malt, and refined oak tannins.
