After 11 years of maturation in ex-bourbon casks, this single malt received a finishing touch in peated Rioja casks, giving it a unique depth and complexity. Bottled at cask strength of 58.8% vol. and without chill filtration or colorants, this whisky presents itself in its purest form.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: A gentle peat smoke envelops sweet aromas of toffee and cotton candy. This is complemented by orchard fruits and a light vanilla note, rounded off with a hint of campfire smoke.
• Palate: Fruity notes of plums and cherries dominate, accompanied by soft tannins and a light spiciness. Roasted nuts and a velvety chocolate-cherry note emerge, finishing with elegant smoke.
