Bottled in natural color and without chill filtration, this 35-year-old GlenAllachie presents itself in its purest form.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense aromas of mocha, candied cinnamon, and molasses tart, accompanied by cocoa, roasted hazelnuts, and pineapple. Gentle notes of ginger and heather honey round off the bouquet.
• Palate: Full-bodied with flavor notes of cocoa, baking spices, and chocolate-covered raisins. This is complemented by aromas of coconut, brandy-soaked garden fruits, and sandalwood.
• Finish: Long-lasting with impressions of vanilla, dried red fruits, and honeycomb.

Distillery/Bottler: The GlenAllachie Distillery, founded in 1967, is located in the heart of Speyside and is known for its innovative cask maturations and the use of rare woods. Under the leadership of Billy Walker, who took over the distillery in 2017, GlenAllachie has developed into one of the most exciting distilleries in Scotland.
