With an alcohol content of 53.2% and a limited edition of only 124 bottles, this whisky offers a rare opportunity to taste one of the last vintages from the Glenlochy Distillery, which closed in 1983.

Distillery/Bottler: The Glenlochy Distillery was founded in 1898 by David McAndie and was located on the banks of the River Nevis in Fort William, Scotland. It was known for producing malt whisky that was primarily used for blends. The distillery closed in 1983 and was sold in 1991; most of the buildings were demolished, with only the building featuring the characteristic pagoda roof remaining. Gordon & MacPhail is a traditional, family-owned bottler that has been uniting rare and valuable whiskies from closed distilleries in its "Recollection Series" for over 125 years.
