Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Dry and nutty, with roasted chestnuts. It then becomes fruitier with khaki and yellow kiwi, before a very fine impression of smoked bacon takes over.
- Palate: Everything in reverse order: Delicate smoked bacon is followed by fruits, which are darker with blackberry and plum. It then becomes nutty and slightly dry.
- Finish: Long and slightly smoky, with pleasant dark fruit sweetness and nutty dryness.
