Special features: This limited release celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Thompson family at the historic Dornoch Castle, the origin of their whisky success story. The 20-year-old Highland Park matured in a refill hogshead and was bottled at 54.1% vol. Only 264 bottles were exclusively bottled for the German market.

Distillery/Bottler: The Thompson Bros. are an independent Scottish bottler from Dornoch in the northern Highlands. Founded by brothers Simon and Philip Thompson, who previously operated a renowned whisky bar in the Dornoch Castle Hotel, they began their own whisky production at the Dornoch Distillery in 2016. They emphasize traditional manufacturing methods and produce about 12,000 liters of single malt whisky and award-winning organic gin annually.
