Special features: This Single Grain Irish Whiskey is triple distilled from pure corn in traditional Coffey copper-column stills. After six years of aging in heavily charred, first-fill bourbon barrels from Kentucky, USA, it receives a nine-month finish in 200-liter Burgundy red wine barrels from the Côte d'Or in France. This special cask combination gives the whiskey a vibrant ruby red color and a complex flavor profile.

- Nose: Ripe strawberries and cherries combine with brown sugar, vanilla beans, and toasted oak.
- Palate: Silky and smooth with notes of vanilla pudding, red fruit compote, orange blossom honey, and baking spices.
