Special features: This blended Irish whiskey consists equally of single malt and single grain. The aging takes place in freshly filled sherry casks from Jerez as well as in bourbon barrels from Kentucky, giving the blend a remarkable depth of flavor. The collaboration with a traditional cooperage in Spain allows for the use of intense sherry notes that are imported directly to Ireland. The whiskeys contained within are aged between 5 and 30 years and combine classic and modern distillation styles.
