Special features: This 21-year-old single malt whisky from the Isle of Jura has been matured in American white oak barrels that were previously filled with bourbon, and then transferred to hand-selected casks made of new American white oak. This special maturation gives it a sweet, fruity, and nutty flavor profile.

- Nose: Sweet aromas of lemon cake, caramel, pear, grapefruit, and overripe bananas, accompanied by a hint of gingerbread.
- Palate: Flavors of macaroons, allspice, gingerbread, white chocolate, and marzipan.
