Special features: This third edition of the popular Lady of Arms series presents an Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey that matured for 20 months in Spätburgunder wine casks from the organic winery Eppelmann in Rheinhessen. The Single Cask was bottled at 55.3% cask strength and limited to only 288 bottles, making this edition particularly exclusive.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Fruity aromas of gummy candy and cherry, accompanied by the typical Pot Still spice and a hint of Crème Brûlée.
- Palate: Berry notes combine with nutty and mineral nuances, while the Pot Still spice remains present.

Distillery/Bottler: Lady of Arms is an independent bottling series that combines Irish tradition and history with artistic flair. The series is dedicated to the symbolism of Irish warrior women – following previous editions featuring bow and sword, this edition now focuses on the axe. The whiskey itself was distilled in 2017 and subsequently matured in Ireland before the final refinement in the Spätburgunder casks took place.
