- Nose: Strong, clear aromas with moderate intensity. Immediately phenolic, with smoldering peat and wood ash, then a soft-perfumed sweetness, underpinned by mineral-marine notes reminiscent of lobster pots, fresh scallops, and dry oyster shells. Over time, the bouquet becomes drier.
- Palate: Smooth and slightly oily in texture, with strong flavors. At the same time sweet with notes of dried fruits, spicy-piquant and salty. Then strong smoky peat notes develop. With a drop of water, it becomes smoother and sweeter, yet remains full of life.
