Special features: This single pot still whiskey undergoes a dual finish: Around two-thirds matured for eleven months in characterful Madeira wine casks, while the remaining portion was stored in peated quarter casks containing previously peated distillate. The result is a finely balanced combination of spicy pot still character, fruity notes of Madeira wine, and a subtle hint of smoke. Only 1,750 bottles of this limited 46% ABV bottling were produced.
