Distillery/Bottler: The Moon Harbour Distillery is located in a former German submarine bunker from World War II near Bordeaux. Local grains are used to create a young spirit, distilled in high-quality Stupfler stills, and then aged in fine red wine and Sauternes casks from renowned French wine-growing regions. This extraordinary combination of history, terroir, and craftsmanship makes Moon Spirit an exciting specialty among French new makes.
