Special Features: This impressive malt from the Mortlach distillery was created for the Diageo Special Releases 2023 and is characterized by an unusual cask maturation. The combination of finishes in ex-Kanosuke Japanese whisky casks and ex-Pinot Noir wine casks gives the whisky an exciting flavor diversity. The bottling is released without chill filtration and without coloring to fully preserve its character.
