Special features: Created from a happy accident, where 46 barrels aged unnoticed for over a year. This supposed mistake developed into an aromatic sensation with intense hickory BBQ notes and powerful oak spice. The Limited Edition 2024 was consciously repeated due to positive feedback and receives its distinctive finish in Virgin Oak Casks with charcoal level 4 to fully exploit the wood's potential.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Red fruits, BBQ smoke, roasted walnuts, orange peel
- Palate: Vanilla, toffee, anise, licorice, molasses, Granny Smith apple
- Finish: Medium-long with notes of leather and roasted grain
