It is made from organically grown Scottish barley and matures in a combination of STR red wine casks, ex-bourbon casks, and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled unfiltered and uncolored, preserving the natural character of the whisky.

- Palate: Lemon posset, stone fruits, spiced rye bread, honey, and caramel.
