Special features: This 12-year-old single malt Irish whiskey was aged in first-fill bourbon barrels. Before his death, founder Pearse Lyons personally selected the barrels for this bottling, giving this whiskey special significance. The bottling carries the name addition "Founder's Choice" in his honor.
