• Nose: Gentle, green, and fragrant nuances, accompanied by top notes of soft vanilla biscuit that transition into aromas of caramelized apple tart on a puff pastry base with vanilla ice cream. A drop of water enhances the green notes and vanilla aromas.
• Palate: Creamy-soft texture with sweet notes of buttery cake and creamy vanilla that develop into a lively, slightly tart freshness accompanied by a subtle peppery spice. Green, grassy, fruity, and nutty layers merge into a harmonious whole. A splash of water adds extra smoothness to the flavor and highlights the grassy, herbal character.
• Finish: Medium-long, clean, and crisp with nutty-spicy hints and a pinch of white pepper. With a drop of water, it remains peppery but is softer and more controlled.
