Special features: This single cask bottling comes from cask no. CM 281 and was bottled in October 2021 after ten years of maturation. This limited edition comprises only 238 bottles. The whisky was bottled without chill filtration and without the addition of color, thus preserving its natural characteristics.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromas of fresh fruit, delicate malt notes and a hint of vanilla and honey.
• Palate: Powerful and complex with notes of ripe apple, spices and a light spiciness.
• Finish: Long lasting, dry with fine oak nuances and a touch of ginger.

Distillery/Bottler: The Auchroisk distillery is located near Mulben in Banffshire and is part of the Diageo group. Founded in the early 1970s, it was originally built to produce malt whisky for blends. Thanks to its distinctive quality, Auchroisk quickly gained recognition as a single malt, including early exports such as the "Singleton Particular" for the Japanese market. The clear spring water comes from Dorie's Spring, and the malt is sourced from Paul's Malt in Carnoustie. With advanced distillation facilities and an annual output of approximately 3.1 million liters of alcohol, Auchroisk focuses on a combination of youthful freshness and meticulous craftsmanship.
