Special features: As the third member of the Silkie Irish Whiskey Collection, this blend comes from the Sliabh Liag Distillery in Donegal. After triple distillation, the whiskey undergoes a finish in carefully selected wine casks: 55% matures for four months in Ribera del Duero casks, 45% for five months in Rioja casks. The combination of the two wine regions gives the blend a distinctive depth and complexity.
