Special features: The third member of the Silkie Irish Whiskey Collection, this blend comes from the Sliabh Liag Distillery in Donegal. After triple distillation, the whisky is finished in carefully selected wine casks: 55% matures for four months in Ribera del Duero casks, and 45% for five months in Rioja casks. The combination of the two wine regions gives the blend a distinctive depth and complexity.
