Special Features: This limited edition is the result of an extraordinary collaboration between independent bottler Sebastian Büssing and Irish whiskey expert Neil Saad. A 5-year-old single malt from the Great Northern Distillery initially matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks before undergoing a twelve-month refinement in a handcrafted virgin wood cherrywood cask. Only 87 bottles were filled, making this whiskey a rare treasure.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Peppermint, green apple peel, floral notes, wood glue, manuka honey, vanilla, an impression of tartan racetrack in summer rain
• Palate: Fresh mint, green tea, forest honey, vanilla crescents, coconut, bright fruits, and lime peel
• Finish: Fruity and minty-fresh, lasting and vibrant
