Special features: This single malt combines multi-fired fruity malt with smoky peated malt and is finished in a unique first-fill bourbon cask. The cask was previously filled with a blend of American whiskey and honey liqueur before a barley wine with a high rye content matured in it for four months. This complex production process gives the whiskey a harmonious balance between sweet honey notes and nutty caramel with subtle smoky accents.
